To be responsible for completing a range of enhancement projects across the external communal areas of the council’s housing stock. The post holder will need to a provide a professional standard at a highly productive level, acting with minimum supervision. To undertake a range of works demonstrating proficient level skills and experience including carpentry (boxed planters), painting, pressure washing, window cleaning, guttering cleaning and basic grounds maintenance tasks. The post holder will act as first point of contact for the residents in the Neighbourhood and must ensure they deliver a customer focused service in line with best value. The post holder will be required to work as part of a team or individually providing services to our customers.
