This role is for the letting of garages and parking spaces. Experience of letting & licences or tenancies is desirable but not essential. It is important that the candidate has excellent IT and Excel.

 Excellent customer service skills. Good time management, ability to scrutinise data and the ability to focus on the small but important aspects of a task to ensure accuracy.

There is no hybrid working it requires working from the office in Tooley Street and meeting customers on site to carry out the lettings.5 days in the office / Not Hybrid
