The posts will provide strategic and operational capacity to progress a series of priority programmes, including:

• Coordinating and drafting Homelessness Partnership Board delivery plans and the new Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Action Plan.

• Leading Ending Homelessness Action Plan sub-regional test-and-learn workstreams.

• Implementing Renters Reform Act processes, procedures and operational support.

• Transitioning Rough Sleeping from a solely operational function to a strategic, planned and monitored programme.

• Joint work with ASC on Supported Accommodation Reform.

• Contributing to social care reform, including multi-disciplinary team development with Children’s Services and Health.

• Strengthening prevention and rough sleeping pathways linked to the Asylum Seeker and Refugee programme.

• Expanding use of the PIP LIFT Dashboard to drive upstream prevention and align with the Council’s Poverty Reduction Strategy.

• Aligning delivery with the Health and Wellbeing Neighbourhood model.• Developing external messaging to support expectation management and strengths-based practice.
