Chef de partie
To prepare , Cook and present a range of dishes following the direction given from the senior chef in the kitchen. Candidate must be used to catering for large numbers and fast service period.

Candidate must supply their own chef whites , Safety shoes and Kitchen knives
Candidate must supply a timesheet on arrival in the kitchen
Candidate must be a team player and a good attitude working within a team.
Candidate must have a can do attitude and cook to a high standard
Candidate must follow set recipes and deliver food to a counter for set service times
Candidate must be ready to start work for the start time on their rota shift
Candidate must be respectful of ensuring allergen content is correct to the recipe followed.

Shifts offered – Monday to Friday

8am – 4pm
