To undertake a range of Caretaking works in and around tenanted and independent living properties. Duties may include the removal of fly tipping, cleaning of stair wells in communal areas, undertaking minor repairs to properties (handy person level). There may be times where you will be asked to assist other operatives in there day to day activities and act as a second person / Labourer
