Knowledge and Understanding

• Health and safety procedures including control of substances harmful to health (COSHH). 
• Basic food safety knowledge. 

Safe use of knives and kitchen equipment

Experience

• Previous catering experience. 
• Experience of working with older people. 

Qualifications

Level 2 food safety certificate.
