The key tasks are

1. Experience of local authority cash flow
2. Experience of local authority investments
3. Experience of using treasury software Logotech or treasury live
4. Experience of using agresso financial system
5. Experience of investing and borrowing
6. Experience of closing local authority treasury management tasks in statement of accounts
7. Experience of using banking systems like Natwest bank line
8. Experience of local authority CIPFA Code of Practice
9. At least 4 years working in a local authority treasury role
