Looking for a dynamic and reflective manager who is able to work hybrid with 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. Someone with experience of providing reflective supervision, good knowledge of CIN, CP , CLA and proceedings. Knowledge of Family Safeguarding model desirable but not mandatory.
