Chef de Partie – Grade 4

Salary: £11.92 per hour

Role
 Will be placed onto the main course section to produce and serve onto a counter a selection
of dishes from the day’s menu. Will consist of soups, main courses and Vegetable dishes
 Working at Kingswood would involve producing dishes for a call order service menu at lunch
 Must follow set recipes so we are in accordance with Allergen and Natasha’s laws
 Will be asked to do preparation for future services
 Must keep section clean to highest health and safety standards

Requirements
 Must be a team player
 Have a positive can do attitude
 Must provide own Knives and full uniform inclusive of safety shoes
 Must have experience of working in similar environments
 Must have 706/1 and 2 qualifications or similar
 Must Have Food safety Certificate level 2.
