Early years practitioner
We’re seeking qualified early years practitioner to join the Cardiff childdren Services, to help us:
• Improve the quality of parent child interaction
• improve child development knowledge and skills
• Ensure effective safeguarding practice within the Early Years and Childcare arena
• Build confidence in engagement of delivery of Early developmental progress
This role is suitable for someone with experience working with children aged from birth to five, who has a clear understanding of good enough parenting looks like and knows how to achieve this.
Within your career you will have developed the knowledge and skills to support children to progress and assist parents in understanding the needs of their children. You will be confident in the writing and delivery reports and contributing to the wider care and support to children.

This role is suitable for someone with experience in early childhood development , proven ability to improve outcomes and experience of working in early years.
