Main Purpose of the Job/Key Objectives:
To contribute to the quality of the environment by maintaining the estate and all communal (internal and external) areas to a high cleaning standard.
To maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents and members of the public.
To clean housing offices as required.
Undertake minor maintenance and repairs on the estates, including undertaking initial inspection and routine repair works
