Offer 1:1 parenting support virtually, and face to face in the community.
Knowledge of key parenting strategies around; setting boundaries, implementing positive routines and strengthening family relationships.
Assess individual family needs and create a tailored support plan.
Able to conduct pre and post evaluations to monitor outcomes for the family.
Multi-Agency working – forming strong links with internal and external partners.
Delivery of key messages to partner agencies.
