Pay rate £23.00 per hour.

1. Has experience in managing Employee relations cases
2. Has experience with leading on organisational/transformational change processes
3. Has an understanding of the context of HR and best practice in a public sector/local government setting
4. Has the ability to advise on HR policies and procedures and make recommendations for improvements?
5. Has TUPE experience (in/out)
6. CIPD level 5 desirable
