To support the Senior Planning Lawyer in ensuring that the Council receives cost effective high quality planning & environmental related legal advice, and in providing an advisory, litigation and advocacy service.
To ensure that all such work is carried out to the requirements of relevant clients and to appropriate professional standards.
Taking over existing caseload of planning and highways agreements; advice work as required
