Experience as a marketing manager with knowledge of latest brand management and marketing approaches including design, production, digital marketing, social media and evaluation. 

Understanding of the local government context including insight into the needs/barriers of target audiences. 

Demonstrable experience of delivering brand management and marketing strategy for a large organisation.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex project simultaneously. 

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. 

Events, advertising and publication experience, specifically in magazine production.

Exceptional digital design experience including as it relates to website performance, content design and production approaches. 

Experience of supplier management including briefing and project management. 

Experience of budget management including in identifying ways to reduce costs and increase value. 

Experience in applying data led marketing including in evaluation and design of activity.
