Effectively project manage and lead a Quality Assurance assessment of Bracknell Forest’s readiness for Adult Social Care inspection against the proposed self-assessment criteria; including scoping, agreeing governance arrangements, the coordination of plans, resources, budgets, risks, quality, performance and delivery, ensuring the provision of regular and accurate progress reports for key stakeholders including the Corporate Management Team (CMT).
