Project Manager/ Building Surveyor- Corporate Landlord

Salary: £276.79 per day

The Senior PM/BS role would include (but not necessarily limited to) –

• Management and control of the schemes and team of PM/BS’s in place to undertake the planned capital works across the Corporate & Commercial estate, reporting to the Capital Projects Manager on a regular basis.
• Responsibility for progress monitoring of the planned works in place.
• Collating and maintaining budget records in conjunction with the contract officers team.
• Technical Advice to the team members as required.
• All the duties of the PM/BS role (should they be required to undertake some of the works as cover for their PM/BS team)
  Dealing with and delegating any reactive or emergency works that may arise across the Corporate & Commercial estate to one of the PM/BS team supporting them technically where required.

Technical/Experience must haves –

• Degree or equivalent qualification in building surveying or project management discipline
• Solid PM/BS background and experience within the industry including budgetary control
• Previous experience of team management and programme delivery within the building surveying/construction project management field of works programmes £2M+
• Excellent English literacy, report writing and communication skills
• Ability and experience in use varying Microsoft software packages
