Looking for candidates who have extensive benefits systems experience e.g. Academy & Comino [Civica], Good knowledge of Housing benefits Regulations. A good understanding of the transactions, payments, overpayments & subsidy areas of Academy would be essential.
In order to be successful at this role one would need experience of using both QBF and SQL in relation to benefits.
Other tasks include:
⦁ Configuration/reporting on Comino 360(w2)
⦁ Provide support for upgrade/migration to W3
⦁ SQL related work on Capita One Revs and Benefits system.
⦁ Support implementation of software releases including testing, system administration, rollout and guidance for end users
