50% of time;
Develop, Plan & Implement the revised Public Procurement regime including but not confined to:
The review & amendment of CSOs
The review & amendment of all procurement documentation the production of guidance for use notes
Must be MCIPS qualified or with demonstrable experience and delivery success
Experience required of public procurement and of procurement in Local Authorities (some private sector experience would be desirable)
Blended working/remote working with no more than 1 week per month in the Dockside office

The review & transformation of processes & procedures to support the above
Other 50% of time;
Review, plan deliver savings & benefits already identified as potentials and, identify further opportunities
Review, develop & implement a procurement assurance compliance process for use across the Councils
Develop & implement procurement performance measurement and reporting process
