Job description

Social Worker working with adults aged over 18 with a variety of needs. Includes undertaking Acre Act Assessments, Mental Capacity assessments, commissioning appropriate care and undertaking safeguarding enquiries. We require someone who can hit the ground running and preferably has experience using MOSAIC.
