This post is covering a 2 year secondment for the current post holder. The successful candidate will be managing a team of up to 7 workers overseeing children subject to CIN, CP and some Court plans.

The post is based within the Children’s Social Work & Safeguarding services which work in close partnership with other statutory agencies, the private and the independent sector.
The post holder will act as the Team Manager and will be directly line managed by the Service Manager for Case Management & Children’s Social Work who will be responsible for their health and safety, training and development.
The post will be responsible for a range of qualified and unqualified staff. The following roles report directly to the post holder: Senior Social Worker, Social Worker, this list is not exhaustive.
