Hackney Customer Service Team are looking for Part-Time Call Centre Agents
This is an individual role.
Hackney Housing Services Contact Centre requires agents to process calls relating to all elements of Housing and Housing Repairs.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following traits.
1) Dedicated to excellent customer service
2) Able to solve problems and resolve issues at the first point of contact
3) To take ownership of calls
4) To take instructions and learn quickly
5) Work in what can be at times a pressured environment
6) Pull with the team to deliver excellent results
7) Excellent communication skills
Recruitment
If your are selected you will be expected to complete –
1) A listening and comprehension test.
2) A basic correspondence test.
3) A virtual face to face interview.
Training
Training will be online and will last approximately 10 days Full Time.
Training may be run within normal working hours, but outside of shift pattern listed.
Working Interview if Successful
We will then put them through one week’s of training and evaluation. Which will be a week long “Working Interview”. If they are not deemed to be able to work to the required standard their contract will be terminated.
Shifts Required
The shifts below are to be seen as a guide, they may be altered depending on on operational need:
Monday/Tuesday (All Day)
8am – 12:30am – All Week
8:30am – 13:30am
10am -2pm
11am -3pm
3pm-7pm
