Ferndale Residential Home is looking for an experienced care assistant to support the team and residents. The role is supporting older persons to maintain independence and quality of life, you would be supporting with all aspects of personal care as well as emotional care and support, you may be asked to complete medication tasks at times of need too.
The candidate needs to be flexible, kind and caring and preferably hold NVQ2 minimum.The candidate will be working with vulnerable adults and would need to have empathy, compassion and integrity.
