Training Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to deliver an effective and efficient Training, Learning and Development function. To also provide administrative support to assigned City and Hackney Safeguarding Children Partnership (CHSCP) Sub / Task Groups, including the organisation of meetings, the production and circulation of minutes and preparation of papers.
To provide:

comprehensive administrative and financial support to deliver an effective and efficient Training, Learning and Development function.
General Duties/Responsibilities
To manage items for inclusion on agendas, arranging for action points to be followed up and reported back, and to organise and assist the work of assigned Sub / Task Groups (including the facilitation of meeting arrangements, agendas, minutes and collation of relevant papers, evidence, data and other documentation required).
To produce high quality information in a variety of formats and audiences, which are appropriately presented, accurate, timely and useful.
To distribute notification / data collection forms and to ensure that they are completed in full and in a timely manner by all professionals. To chase outstanding information ensuring that timescales for completion are adhered to.

Experience
Experience of working in an administration role in a complex and large organisation
Experience in successfully managing a variety of projects simultaneously and achieving targets Skills & Abilities
An ability to be able to plan, prioritise and organise own work in line with CHSCP training objectives.
Excellent minute taking skills
Computer literate with the skills necessary to work with information management systems, producing good quality data in a variety of formats.
An ability to manage competing demands, work methodically, think systematically and achieve targets.
A good standard of spoken and written literacy.
The ability to work and liaise effectively with staff and professionals from different agencies at different tiers as required.
The ability to keep to strict deadlines; for example attending courses, responding to applications, preparing reports and correspondence.
