Economic Development and Property Lead – £487.53 per day (short term assignment)
Consider current and potential demand from businesses in and around the Freeport
Consider potential barriers to delivery of the Freeport and non-Freeport sites, and public sector interventions to unlock / accelerate them
Help to assess the speed at which different phases and sites may be delivered, alongside key risks
It is anticipated that the findings would be presented in three parts: property market baseline; analysis of implications (including delivery trajectories), and; action plan
