Electricians require for our EICR programme, responsive repairs, and PPM eme lighting and repairs
To carry out electrical works as instructed in accordance with current industry regulations, standards, and practices. Working to and adhering to Homes for Haringey policies and procedures. Working as part of a in house electrical team to deliver a quality service in all areas.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Electrical testing and inspection to BS7671.
2. Completion of certification via a mobile device or PC.
3. General electrical response repairs.
4. Void electrical works to HFH specifications.
5. Planned electrical works and preventative maintenance.
6. Communal lighting and estate electrical repairs.
7. Out of hours emergency. (Voluntary and if all criteria are met).
8. Undertake any duties reasonably required that are consistent
   with the grade and basic objectives of the post.

Qualifications
⦁ A qualified and experienced Electrical trades person.
⦁ Full driving licence
NVQ Level 3 Electrical installation or City & Guilds equivalent. 18th Edition qualified.

Experience
⦁ Electrical maintenance/ Installation works.
⦁ Testing and inspection
At least 3 years post training
Skills
⦁ Good communication skills to liaise and consult with managers, works co-ordinators clients, and the public.
⦁ Manage workload and use own initiative.
Ability to write clear reports and comments
Knowledge
installation/maintenance & testing.
