Shropshire Council’s Enable supported employment service have a vacancy for an Employment Officer to help young people aged 18-24 towards and into work.
The Council’s Enable employment service will work alongside DWP Work Coaches to offer increased support to young people, helping them move forward at a time of greatly increased challenges, including high unemployment.
The successful applicant will assess and review referrals to the service and advise on future employment and career options, liaise with employers and referring organisations, help with job searching and post employment support.
