Required an HR Business Partner with expertise in employee relations and change management to provide advice, guidance and support on a number of organisational reviews/TUPE transfers and HR & OD projects.
The successful candidate will be work predominantly from home with some time spent in the office as and when required.

Main Points of Experience:
Structure & change management
Pre planning to post implantation
Worked within HR and led on projects
demonstrate key management principles

You MUST have the following Qualifications / Experience –
CIPD or equivalent, or significant demonstrable experience within HR and employee relations
Direct experience of implementing and supporting restructures/redundancy programmes/TUPE transfers and change programmes
Knowledge of UK employment legislation
Flexible and capable of working with multiple projects simultaneously
Experience of engaging and working and partnering with a senior management team and key stakeholder delivery partners
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) with ability to communicate with all levels including Senior Management.
A creative but practical approach to problem solving
A ‘can do’ attitude with a willingness to help out where needed
Demonstrable experience in unionised environments
Experience in joining organisations with immediate hit-the-ground-running of project roles.
