HR Restructure Specialist.
To be the people lead for change management i.e. restructures, TUPE in and out, changes to terms and conditions,
Organisational design support to all Council Services
Job Analysis, preparation of job descriptions and job evaluation process to ensure the roles are graded in line with the Council pay and grading structure
Advice and support on potential redundancies and costs associated with this and to ensure the organisation change process is completed in line with employment legislation and Council Policy
Lead on stakeholder engagement to ensure consultation requirements with the TU’s and employees are met. To respond to all HR related counter proposals , providing innovative solutions to employee matters that are raised as part of the change process
To identify the impact on employees of the change and addressing ER and employee legislation issues
To lead on the transition from current to new structure working with key internal stakeholders
