Service Experience Colleague

Looking for 3 colleagues with a background of communication both internal and external to join the the Service Experience Team at toyou Rochdale, the role requires interaction both directly with customers and internally with stores. A degree of computer literacy will be required however all of our systems will be trained as needed. The shift pattern is based on a two week repeating pattern of one weekend in, one weekend off with additional days off on a pre specified week day. Its a 37.5 hour week and the shifts are mix of 8-4, 12-8 and 2-10 with a 45 minute break. (30 minutes unpaid). Following successful completion of the training period the role becomes hybrid with a mixture of home working and office days.
