Careline Adults Prevention and Early Intervention Service (PEIS) is for people who are new to Adult Services or their case has been closed and it is identified that they require a Care Act Assessment. The team’s approach is about focusing on the positives and strengths of individuals and making the assessment process personal to them from the first contact. This provides the PEIS SCAs and SW with a clear understanding of what matters to the individual and will help them work with them to find innovative solutions to improve their quality of life and wellbeing.
