We are currently looking for a qualified, experienced social worker to join our Children with Disabilities Team in Doncaster. If you are committed to the highest standard of social work practice and to achieving better outcomes for children, young people and families we want to hear from you 

The Children with Disabilities Team is a specialist social work team. We work with children and young people with severe and profound disabilities undertaking children and families assessments, supporting children and young people via child in need plans, child protection plans and working with looked after children and young people.  The team is centrally based and works borough wide. Whilst experience of working with children with disabilities is desirable, it is not essential for the post.
