We are looking for social workers in the South £27.00 , North £32.00, Central £38.70 and West £32.00
As a family safeguarding Social worker you will use your strong skills to promote a great service to families and the children involved. You’ll manage the case load effectively in planning, coordinating, monitoring and reviewing using your excellent knowledge of best practice and legislation. No two days are the same with working in a diverse demographic within a town of diverse communities.
This is an exciting role where you will be promoting the best interests for children and young people at all times.

About you
Our ideal candidates will need to have substantial post qualifying experience in QSW – Childrens
We need someone who has the ability to make professional judgements in a multi-disciplinary setting including negotiating resources.
You’ll need to be an effective communicator and able to work with a range of different service users and be able to lead and chair multi-disciplinary meetings and represent the agency in a formal setting or similar.
You will need to be able to influence service delivery by identifying gaps in service and be able to maintain high quality records, write clear concise reports and correspondence when dealing with complex issues.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work
Current Social Work England registration
Significant senior level frontline experience within Children’s Services
Frontline
Referral & Assessment exp
Intake assessments exp
Child Protection
Care Proceedings
Ability to manage own case load is essential.
