London Borough of Lewisham’s Housing Needs Service is looking for a Void Coordinator to oversee and manage temporary accommodation voids. The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Contract manage contractors to ensure quality service delivery and value for money. 
• Ensure voids are turned around quickly.
• Reduce void back log. 
• Draft SoW’s using the relevant SoR codes. 
• Act as a point of contact between different departments. 
• Excellent IT skills for presenting
