Main Purpose:
This is an experienced practitioner role. With specific responsibilities for dealing with more complex cases, including assessment and appropriate management of risks and providing casework supervisions to other team members. Work with service users and other stakeholders to assist service planning.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Responsible for a caseload of more complex cases, providing advice to other social workers in relation to their cases.

JOB PURPOSE

- Co-operate in the management of the Service to develop and implement service and operational work plans and other policies and procedures as appropriate.

Looking for 3 colleagues with a background of communication both internal and external to join the the Service Experience Team at toyou Rochdale, the role requires interaction both directly with customers and internally with stores. A degree of computer literacy will be required however all of our systems will be trained as needed. The shift pattern is based on a two week repeating pattern of one weekend in, one weekend off with additional days off on a pre specified week day. Its a 37.5 hour week and the shifts are mix of 8-4, 12-8 and 2-10 with a 45 minute break. (30 minutes unpaid).
