CHSCP TRAINING COORDINATOR ROLE
Administers an annual programme of training and seminars across City of London and Hackney. See CHSCP website: https://chscp.org.uk/training-calendar/
Admin / Coordinator required with strong experience of committee administration and minute taking experience.
Roles includes (but not limited to):
- To work in conjunction with the CHSCP on the development and writing of the yearly CHSCP training strategy, programme and annual report.
- Take responsibility for arranging CHSCP training courses by way of organising trainers, venues, refreshments, equipment and other requirements necessary for successful training.
- To be responsible for ensuring that the training budget is spent effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure that accurate financial records are maintained and to take responsibility for ensuring that all invoices are paid within timescales and be able to provide an up to date record of current expenditure.
- Take responsibility for compiling and disseminating statistical records of relevant training activity and attendance.
- To liaise with the relevant trainer to confirm what is required to be included in the course training pack to then take responsibility for ensuring these packs are produced and available for each delegate.
