⦁ Carry out rent reviews, lease renewals and lettings and deal with all matters that arise in respect of the Commercial and VCS properties in your area.
⦁ Carry out asset valuations in line with IFRS requirements, and for a range of other purposes including Right to Buy valuations, and valuations required in respect of property disposals and acquisitions.

Children in Need Service delivers statutory and non-statutory assessments and family support interventions to children and families of all ages across the borough. The Units are led by Consultant Social Workers who support and direct the delivery of outcome focused family support aimed at supporting children to safely remain living within their own families and engage positively with universal services provided within the community.
The post holder will provide practical and evidenced based support to children and their families to promote improved parenting capacity and understanding of the developing needs of children as part of the overall work of the Family Unit. Social Care Worker:
- To support the delivery of agreed plans of care ensuring that service users are supported safely and individual needs and service targets are met. The quality and standard of care must meet CQC fundamental standards.
- To support clients with their personal care as determined within their individual care plan. Personal care can include supporting service users undertake activities such as dressing, washing, bathing or shaving, toileting, getting in or out of bed, eating, drinking, taking medication and communicating.
- Post holders are required to be involved in monitoring the progress of service users, being mindful of triggers for challenging behaviour, seizures and acting appropriately in line with agreed guidelines and to highlight any changes in an individual’s behaviour to the manager so that the support plans can be updated.
- To provide support for individuals who may regularly place emotional demands on the jobholder; and raising significant issues to the manager.

Main responsibilities:
• Support the Contract Administration Manager to ensure the effective delivery of contracted repairs and planned services.
• Support with the administration of procurement of services via traditional tenders or frameworks in line with company policy and procedure; assist in producing and monitoring KPIs and taking necessary action to ensure the agreed standards are achieved.
• Contribute to the maintenance and development of Departmental Operational Plans; producing standard operating plans for area of work.
• Liaise with the planning team on arranging the of post inspection of completed works and H&S inspections.
• Ensure timely collation of handover packs and information for planned works.
• Provide administrative support to service area managers as required including but not limited to:
• Supporting with contract administration from inception to satisfactory completion
• Organising of operational and core group meetings including producing action logs and minutes
• Liaising with contractors for completed jobs not invoiced
• Proactively manage works in progress orders with contractors
Knowledge:
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a construction/QS related field
• Current knowledge of building construction, trades and maintenance services

• Experience of working in either a contract administrative role
• Demonstrable high level of numeracy and literacy
• Demonstrable experience of effectively planning and organising of contract administrative tasks
