We are looking for an experienced Senior OT to join our Enhanced Intermediate Care Team. We are a multi-disciplinary team of OTs, physios and nurses working together to facilitate discharge from hospital, prevent unnecessary hospital admission and maximize independence at home. We work alongside a large team of support workers providing a short term reablement service. We are a friendly and supportive team, are home based at present apart from essential visits, but have the IT kit to facilitate this, We also have the required PPE available. This is a fast moving, highly effective service that provides valuable support to people at times of crisis

Experience in reablement is essential along with a positive attitude. There is also an element of shift working – one late shift per week 12 noon to 8 pm and 1 weekend in 6 (with time off in the week in lieu of this). Full time hours preferred

Role Purpose
We are looking for a customer focused Service Desk analyst who can deliver exceptional service to digital users across Haringey.

Job Purpose:

Reablement is short support term, which helps clients to become as independent

2 To deliver agreed individual reablement programmes (with guidance and
instruction from the therapists and managers) which includes tasks such as

safe use of such equipment, advising on strategies for managing fatigue and
pain, preventing falls, using adaptive techniques e.g. one handed or seated
activities. In the delivery of all support, ongoing risk assessment to ensure

4 To work with health colleagues to deliver an integrated service where this
has been identified as beneficial to the person.

contacting a doctor or the ambulance service etc.

Preparing for Adulthood, Education, Health and Care Plan Coordinator within the Special Educational Needs Service.
Preparing for Adulthood (PfA) Coordinators manage the Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan process to ensure that children and young people with SEND aged 13/14-25 (YR9) receive appropriate assessments, services and provision from Education, Health and Social Care and support transition in the key years; Yr 9,11 +. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Business Analyst (BA) to join Haringey Council’s Digital Together Programme.

The Digital Together Programme is designed to improve our digital processes and maximise digital technology and to ensure Haringey is an innovative and forward-looking Council. In doing so we plan to realise cost saving benefit in line with our MTFS (Medium Term Financial Strategy).

Working with the Digital Together Programme Manager and transformation team, you will conduct investigative work to identify service opportunities; and specify effective business solutions; including improvements in information systems, data management, processes, and organisations.

About you

You will already be experienced in working on projects solving complex business problems, ideally working with different methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile. You will have built up good experience and sound knowledge of a range of business functions and processes that help to inform your work, balancing technical versus business considerations.

You will be skilled in using appropriate tools to apply a wide range of business/process/data modelling and analytical techniques within an organisation.

You will work with a variety of systems and processes so experience of customer facing and/or back office functions would be helpful.

You will have good relationship management skills and be able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and perspectives in different business contexts.

You will be a well organised, self-starter, who is able to be flexible in how they approach their business analysis and project duties.

Qualifications  
  
Ideally educated to A level or equivalent standard or holds a relevant professional qualification

About the role

Job context
This is a senior strategic post based within the extended Inclusion Management Team. The post holder will be responsible for working with the Assistant Director for Inclusion and Head of SEND Strategic Planning and Resources to develop and lead transformational change of SEND provision across North Yorkshire.

Job description
To ensure the successful project delivery of building maintenance works by planning, budgeting, managing stakeholder relationships, actively managing risks and issues and identifying and managing dependencies.

Currently the post is a hybrid working basis and the expectation is that you will operate between the office, site and your own home.
Mileage and parking tickets can be claimed as expenses on the understanding that the individual covers business use on their car insurance policy.
Pending experience and qualifications up to £20ph PAYE can be offered.

Requirement (or equivalents)
HNC or Equivalent
IOSH Managing Safety in Construction of equivalent or commitment to attain qualification in 12 months
