Main Responsibilities

  1. To take an overall coordinating role in terms of all the supported FM resources (not directly managed) to ensure that there is a good building user experience at all times.

  9. To maintain high standards of house-keeping in terms of clutter, storage, use of electrical appliances, cleanliness, signage etc. To work with managers, HR, comms and others to encourage high standards of building user behaviour.
  10. To manage and monitor the new ways of working within the office space – managing the main new hot desking touch down areas ensuring staff are adhering to this policy.
  11. To manage and monitor staff breakout areas – they are kept clean & tidy at all times.
  12. To conduct regular site walk rounds, ensuring essential services are working, boilers, lifts, lighting, heating, air conditioning, no faults on the fire & intruder alarm systems. Proactivity picking up any defects and reporting them to the help desk to ensure a quick solution.

The role involves providing effective support for children, young people and their families directly as a family support worker within the Localities Service Role involves working with the Whole Family in order to ensure good outcomes for all.
