Main responsibilities
Organise, plan and supervise a programme of activities for children of all ages (0 – 16).
Provide parents and children with appropriate practical and emotional support.
Formulate, implement, review and evaluate individual support plans; ensuring support is delivered in accordance with NCHA’s principles and values.
Develop and promote internal and external tenant support networks.

Role purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the operational needs and delivery outcomes of the Strategic Planning and Infrastructure team, which
includes the functions of: Development Management, Planning Enforcement and Spatial Planning. The role can include all aspects of
development management and spatial planning work including: planning applications; appeals; enforcement; area-based planning strategies;
planning briefs; project work; the preparation and monitoring of the Local Development Framework, supplementary planning guidance and
other policies; and helping the public take part in planning and support initiatives such as co-design.
The role reports directly to an assigned Lead Officer.

Main Responsibilities & Duties
- Process incoming supplier and sub-contractor certification & invoices, relating to the Property Compliance Housing, inputting data from contractors, electronic portals, e-mails, property officers etc resolving any associated queries. Review and identify issues with documents as required, referring to the Property Compliance Specialist or the Compliance Manager for resolution and authorisation for payment.

5. Provide or coordinate business support for corporate cross-dept business information request/actions. Maintain consistency and accuracy of appropriate business, systems and financial activities across the Group.
6. Support the Compliance Manager in completing the weekly, monthly and annual reporting requirements.
7. Use and/or manipulate reporting and recording systems to provide senior officers with management/performance information, identify areas of concern and make recommendations/referrals.
8. Maintain a working knowledge of relevant SCC policies, standards and procedures and advise Managers of changes or breaches which require action. Understand and apply relevant systems regulations/processes.
9. Use standard and bespoke IT systems and applications, e.g. SAP, C365, Open Housing Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams. Identify training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
10. Main Purpose of the job:
To be responsible for completing a wide range of painting and decorating tasks in both occupied and void properties throughout the Borough of Lewisham.
To ensure works are completed to a high standard with a focus on customer satisfaction and a positive resident experience.
To assist in maintaining homes in a good decorative condition as part of planned and responsive maintenance works.
To support damp and mould prevention efforts by carrying out mould washing treatments in line with manufacturer guidance and health and safety standards.
Be qualified and competent in painting and decorating (City & Guilds and/or NVQ or equivalent).
Carry out a full range of decorating works including:
� Painting and redecoration of internal and external surfaces.
� Wallpaper hanging.
� Patch plastering.
� Minor tiling and surface preparation.
Conduct minor damp and mould inspections, recording findings to support technical teams (e.g. identify discolouration, surface defects or mould presence),
Work across a range of properties including tenanted homes, communal areas, and voids.
Attend appointments between 8am�5pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekend or evening work.
Drive and be responsible for a Lewisham Council van, including safe handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
Maintain a van stock of materials and replenish as needed.
Follow health and safety procedures, including safe use of ladders, steps, and access platforms.
Wear Council-provided PPE and uniform and present ID on arrival at appointments.
Accurately complete work orders and basic reports, both written and digital.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, colleagues, and supervisors, ensuring any concerns are reported in a timely manner.
Participate in emergency response works when required (e.g. flood or fire response).
