Sefton Youth Justice Service is looking for an experienced Operational Manager for short period to cover sickness.
You will be experienced in all matters relating to youth justice, using the Childview system and chairing risk and welfare management meetings for children. Private Sector Housing Officer

To respond to complaints regarding property disrepair or poor housing conditions, undertaking inspections of private sector housing to assess potential hazards under the HHSRS and taking enforcement action against owners and landlords in line with legislation and the Council’s policy, as appropriate.

The post holder will spend approximately 50% of their time working with the Principal Surveyor to deliver a programme of asset valuations in line with IFRS and will need to be able to demonstrate experience of valuing a wide variety of commercial and residential properties. The post holder will also work with the Principal Surveyor to provide professional services to the Council's Estate Regeneration and Housing Supply Service; providing valuation advice ranging from commercial Landlord and Tenant through to strategic advice on management of new commercial space within development schemes.
